As a graduate from Carnegie Mellon University, I felt compelled to acknowledge the passing of Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008), a Computer Science Professor at CMU.
Pausch gave lecture in McConomy Auditorium last year titled "Last Lecture," which was part of a series of lectures. I had watched this awhile ago and although it made me sad, it was full of insights and great advice.
So, as a tribute to Professor Pausch and his 2 year battle with pancreatic cancer, I've posted the full 1-hour lecture below:
